"I was using Leg Extension machine and suddenly dislodged on me 2 times. I dunno what mechanism it was but when I settle back down, it works again but that resistance of weight and launching my leg kinda stressed my leg. I asked one of the African American worker who seems like a manager about the incident and he walked up and used the machine and looked at me like I was lying. Never even asked me if I was okay. This simple act shows what kind of person he was and decided to never go back there with management under such lazy, negligent, and irresponsible person. Disappointing… does not hurt to ask person if they are injured or hurting somewhere. Good to avoid person like that. Thank you for the teaching."

"Walked in and asked for a brief tour around 12-1 pm. Honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them. I had to ask all the questions. Guy didn't tell me anything during the tour maybe a few things only. I just didn't feel a vibe there. Liked the pool and the cycle room but I'll have to Google the cycle class info because he knew nothing about them. Was it virtual? Was there a live instructor?? I have no clue. Lost my business.."

"I've been a member two years now and overall I think the gym is a good value. This review is not about my overall experience. What prompted me to write this critical review is how they've closed all three of their locations in the Central Arkansas area this week. Yeah, we got snow Sunday, and I can possibly see closing on Monday and maybe even opening late on Tuesday. But they're also closed today, Wednesday, and the city's snow trucks have removed all the snow from all the city's major streets. There is absolutely no good reason why they couldn't have been open today. Most other businesses have somehow managed to stay open this week, so why can't they? I just hope they decide to open tomorrow, but I'm not optimistic."
