"Lots of birds here today. It's nice and cool in the shade here. There's a turtle family chillin on a rock."
"This is a great area stretching from the Bill Clinton presidential library going all the way near the river and the restaurants/shops on the same road bearing his name. It is a great area with lots of birds singing their heart out even on a cold day and which has been reclaimed from nature due to being flooded so many times in the past. Near it there is lots of construction going on, on both sides of the busy motorway and most surely if I was to live here, this would be my usual place to walk or ride my bicycle."
"Our favorite place to take our daily family walk, we go 4 to 6 days out of the week. It's children and dog friendly. We go during the morning in the afternoon or evening every time it's a pleasant walk. Rain or shine is safe and pleasant family friendly. Great views for photos. Perfect to have a picnic."
"I love living in an area with so many options to get outside. This park has been an outlet for many steps on my fitness journey and many conversations along the way. I have watched the leaves change, the geese make nests, the gars spawn, turtles follow me for a treat. I love this little excursion, a natural space in the city."
"Beautiful place to walk day or night to see the true beauty of the city but I prefer at night because of the heat and humidity, but it's wonderful either time. There are several bridges and walkways and trails to explore so it has high revisit appeal. There are also scooters you can't rent for a fee that helps getting around faster and easier. Highly recommend multiple visits!"
