"If I can do half a star, I would..... I went in to pick up my furniture and one specific woman at the front desk, Donna, I believe was her name was the person to "assist" me. Not accommodating at all, very short answers, not very welcoming since I was the one to greet them at the front desk. I am very disappointed in the way I was spoken to. Her customer service was non existent. I will continue my business with Becker Furniture, but I will never pick up again."
"Had a hiccup with The delivery of a living room set And Donna, Kayla And Phil Went far above expectations on rectifying The Situation By working together and making my delivery a success. Unfortunately there was damage to the sectional not attributable to Becker And once again the staff at Becker furniture have done an outstanding job meeting and exceeding my expectations. "If you are looking for a job and want to work here DO NOT do it. It's not worth it. They get you to do your drug test and everything comes clean and then they say that the insurance get decline because you have a record on your vehicle.(delivery driver) News flash i DON'T have any sort of records in my vehicle i bought it brand new less than a year ago and somehow they said i had a record. This center is trash and a bunch of liars. And when you try to call to either human resources or the ones in charge they NEVER answer. Only the front desk answer. Plus they pay $12 bucks an hour to be 20 ft high and move 100-300 POUNDS by yourself at the warehouse. You can work at home depot and greet ppl for $13 and hr. This place is NOT recommended."
