"Brad was great to work with. We are now on our third warranty replacement (I'm getting tired of mattress shopping by this point!) and 4th mattress in 4 years. He has been the best sales guy we've worked with so far (Barely beating out Darin in Eden Prairie who helped us with the first 2 replacements). He helped us find something in our price range, and pointed us in the right direction to find other examples if we wanted to try out any other mattresses that he didn't have in the store. After swinging by two other Mattress Firm stores, it was very apparent the Brad was going to be our guy and we went back to him to order the mattress we wanted. As much as I hate jumping through the hoops for the warranty, It's been helpful that they make it easy that I don't need to go to the manufacturer to take care of it.
