"This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Your website is nothing like it says. The scan was in a semi. The machine was outdated and small. I have what felt like a casket over top of my body and it was so heavy. The tech was awesome and very kind. I would not recommend this to anyone. Scariest experience ever! I drove a very long ways for the scan so I did my best. I almost didn't do it.You should really be honest with your customers."

"My experience with Prenuvo was enlightening. My full body scan revealed things that might have never been detected until it was too late. It just makes sense to catch things early instead of fighting with insurance companies over doing a little bit at a time. The insurance deductibles are generally more than this scan. I was fortunate to be able to afford it. I hope in the future it will be available to everyone regardless of income. I can dream!"

"A lot of fancy talk, great website, promisies of the latest technology. I purchased a scan in Minneapolis. I was sent to the local hospital/ clinic. They did't have there own offices or equipment. I spoke with the tech about the MRI scanner we'd be using. It was 15 years old, same machine the hospital uses. I was told it was going to be very loud, I'd be wearing ear plugs. Prenuvo has the awesome website and a lot of big promises but at the end of the day, they are just contracting with your local MRI at your local hospital/clinic. Don't ask any questions, nothing to see here! I didn't do the scan and immediately asked for my money back. 15 year old MRI scanners are not cutting edge?"

"Everyone was very nice and everything was on time. The results Prenuvo sent me alone with phone conversation was great. They have it so the patient can understand all the details with pictures of the scan along with the technical data you can share with your doctor. I had other scans elsewhere that I didn't understand what anything meant."

"This test is expensive - no doubt - it is not covered by my insurance - but nonetheless - it is well worth the time and money to get the results you do with this MRI. I had to take money from my savings account to pay for this, but I am so happy I did. I had my annual physical a couple of months after I [and my PCP} received the results. She was able to order some additional tests that put ,my mind to rest, knowing that although I am committed to preventative self care, there are a few more things I can do to insure a healthy and active retirement. Every part of the process from the initial conversation to the follow-up staff check in with me was seamless and easy peasy. I felt it was all very professional and although it was not easy to lay flat and still for over an hour, I will probably do it again in the future to make sure I am on track with my plan to see my grandchildren start their families!"
