"Called over 3 times. 1st time, the front desk gave a wrong fax number to fax the order form even after reading out the number twice. Second time, I verified the fax number that's on the website. I faxed the order form from the local UPS and had the confirmation number as well. She said she will get back in the evening, never got back. I emailed as well. Got no response. Horrible & irresponsible service with rude staff. Wouldn't recommend. I would rather get my test done in NYC on my way back. No amount of justification/comments by the owner can rectify the inconvenience I suffered today. I hope the calls are recorded to revisit a training opportunity for the staff.(also the staff kept explaining how faxing is secure over email. Gmail is more secure than faxing because email is typically encrypted. I didn't have the headspace to explain all this. Since many clinics are HIPAA compliant, I would recommend using email that's more secure. Traditional faxing is the least secure because the traffic is not encrypted.)"
