"Nice hotel in a good location. Convenient to Interstate, shopping, dining and medical services. Very friendly staffand an excellent breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable.. could maybe use a bit of updating."

"My sister was having a bilateral mastectomy and we stayed in Sioux Falls so she could be close to the surgical center. I could not be happier with our stay. The staff were amazing! Paige and Chasity were so sweet to us during a very difficult time. Tamara in the kitchen made our morning with her wit. The crew went out of their way for our comfort and even brought in a recliner so my sister could be comfortable afterwards. Very good caring people! Highly recommend this Hilton."

"We stayed at this location for 4 nights. We checked into the room and the room was like a walk in cooler, cold AF. The entire time staying there our room wasn’t cleaned, I took the trash out myself. Our tub wasn’t snaked like they said they would. Fire alarms kept going off, mind you I had my 2 little grandkids. Customer service was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place. For sure we ain’t staying there anymore."

"I am local to Sioux Falls and chose to stay at this property for a getaway over New Years Eve. The property is located in a convenient location to food, a large liquor store, and a coffee shop. The rooms are large and spacious, however mine had seen a better day. Before arriving, I check in on the app (like I always do) and requested a digital key. Unlike other properties, it did not let me check in on the app or give me a digital key. I stated I needed to stop at the front desk. Odd, but oh well. Upon checking in, it felt more like a small interrogation rather than a welcoming experience. It took what seemed like forever to check in with numerous questions, all which could have been answered by simply looking at my reservation. She also stated the hot tub was down and couldn't provide a timeline for reopening. Again, disappointing as this was an amenity we were hoping to use. I am a Gold member and she thanked me for my loyalty and provided me a goodie bag. She handed me the keys (which oddly stated Home 2 Suites) and I headed for my room. After arriving at my room, it became apparent that it was in a bit of disrepair. The ceiling had a leak a some point and was very obvious where it had been repaired. The furniture was not clean, the arms were dark and dirty, and it had dried on food. Overall, our experience could have been better and its clear the hotel is due for a remodel. Nonetheless, I am a huge Hilton fan and will continue to visit their properties for my stays moving forward. This property is a nice option if you are in the Sioux Falls area and need a large room or extended stay."

"Nice location and spacious rooms. Our sheets and pillowcases had stains. The extra blanket looked like it had been cut and there were holes in it. There was black mold under the peeling wallpaper in our friends room. Definitely needs some updating and not worth the expensive price for this weekend."
