I was so nervous for my ultrasound and everyone I encountered (Jayne at the front desk, my ultrasound tech (Ashley?), and the gal in medical records (Kate) were all so wonderful accommodating. Scheduling was easy, my wait time was short, and the staff was wonderful. Highly highly recommend. THANK YOU for making a scary day not so scary."

"When you make an appointment for 10am be aware your actual MRI won't start until 10:25am. So get ready to sit around for 25 minutes for no reason, when you're likely in pain. And filling out the check-in paperwork doesn't take more than 5 minutes. Great communication and scheduling Rayus."

"Customer service and scheduling is beyond disappointing. They need to review client scheduling questions to ensure you’re not wasting someone’s time who has metal implants. Especially a patient you’ve seen at the same location before! So incredibly disappointing will never recommend or use your facility again."

"Setting up appointment was extremely difficult. I was on hold for at least 20 to 30 minutes with no answer, on various days, various times. Finally got a hold of someone on 8/6/22, person on phone acted like I was inconveniencing her. I asked the age of the MRI machine, she said “I guess I could call the tech” she was just not customer centric, I feel if shes was allowed to be this way, no way I would want to deal with the staff. I won’t even begin to give this place a try, because I don’t want the hassle and definitely not give them my business."
