"My primary doctor told me to go to urgent care. They had proper notes on that I need an IV. I waited over 3 hours. Called my primary doctors nurses line. Told them about the incident. I'm sitting in the back and the nurses are sitting and talking amongst each other. I'm sitting in the room going why am I here. I'm listening to the nurses talk about their personal stuff. Why are they not doing what they're supposed to be doing. Working with the patients. I do not recommend this place."

"I took my 10 year old daughter in for a strep test to this urgent care. While there, I asked if I could have a strep test done on myself too to be safe which took no more than 5 minutes. A month later I got a bill for $357 after insurance for myself saying I was in for a complete office visit. I am baffled about how a simple strep test can cost me $357 out of pocket. I guess I should've asked what the cost would be. I would never have done so if I would have known they spin it into something way more than it actually was and I never even saw a doctor. I am so disappointed with the level of service and transparency with this place."

"This place was a disaster and the staff was incredibly rude. We brought our toddler in and we’re told the wait was 3+ hours (there was 2 others in the lobby), but that we were not allowed to leave for any reason and to stay in the lobby. Our child was crying and puking, so we went to wait in our car right outside. Almost 2 hours later we get a call that we were removed from the list because they just called our name and we weren’t there, and that if we came in to check in again it would start all over… this was beyond frustrating. Do not waste your time."

"Dr Mary K Barret is a horribel doctor who treats her clients badly. me included. look at the reviews you guys. it says all you need to know about this place full of foul and accursed beings. but I doubt the company will care because they are still making money."

"Never have more than a couple doctors working. I am a young adult and anytime I have gone in by myself i’ve felt very uncomfortable with the way staff has treated me. It’s also about the fact that if i’m going to have to wait in a room for more than 15 mins I shouldn’t be in the room. If i’m going to have to wait for the doctor for over 15 mins why would you take me back to the room when you could just make me wait in the lobby or tell me when the doctor can actually see me. I’ve gone there multiple times and even had to walk out one time because it was over an hour I had been waiting for the doctor. Would not recommend bringing your teenagers here or if you are a young adult."
