Being rented out for the price of a 2 bedroom apt.The only thing that sets it apart is: Finding a place to live or rent in sioux falls, s.d. is nearly impossible for felons with violent charges. A park or school within half a mile in any direction makes sioux falls anti people who have made mistakes to live. Sioux falls is a religion controlled city for a ton of karens that want to control everything people do. Especially people with a criminal history. Republican socialists. AGP exploits this to nth degree.. despicable"

"The prices are reasonable, rooms are clean. Yes it has fair share of ups and downs. But that goes for all hotel & motels isn't it? Aaron George is not a slumlord, just a very busy man. If you're looking for a place to stay this choice is decent one. The reason some give bad reviews either lied to the man about paying rent, did a bad review just to be "entitled' or what nowadays say a "Karen". Some disrespecting the staff, putting their trash where it doesn't belong. Those thing are recorded btw. I'm a child that lived here with my grandma for two years. But for real, its not really recommended for children nor families to stay here. Please choose a different motel if you're finding a place with your family. Crime suspicious is pretty high, and remodeling is being done slowly."

"It's out of the way for most things. I've found two cockroaches in my apartment in two weeks. I sealed up some holes and haven't seen them since. Rent is affordable (650 a month) for an old hotel room."
