Steve, the owner, was very quick to communicate and made us feel at ease with all the questions we had for him. "Gorgeous Queen Ann home in the lovely, peaceful, historic district of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The main floor has a spacious commons area, large kitchen and dining room. If you want to do your own cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. However, it's an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Sioux Falls where you'll find numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was quite charming. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am."
