"I just bought a sofa from Hank's and it's pretty nice and the sales-dude that worked with me was pretty nice too. It was a painless process and I'm thankful for that. However... once the sale was complete it seemed like the sales-dude just wasn't into it anymore, and forgot to send my order to the warehouse so the sofa arrived a day late. Not a big deal, I guess. Delivery dudes came by and they were also nice as well, but couldn't figure out how to get the sofa through the door because of a narrow hallway. So, I sent them on their way and my neighbor and I did it. Overall, nice sofa, meh service."
