"I decided this year I wanted to come here for my sweet 16 birthday and have some fun with my friends.. Well it wasn't at all fun. They told us to come 15 minutes before to set up decorations but once we got there, there was huge line going out the door and no one told us when we called that we needed a wavier so we took the time to do that which was feeding into our party time.. Who in their right minds would let the public come in when there was clearly a lot of parties going on? And have a line all the way out the door? They need better ways of getting in and out. The hostess was a bit rude to my mom and to top it all off good thing we got a waiver because one of my friends ended up getting hurt. Once the party was over we were getting rushed out the door by the cleaning crew and she wouldn't even answer us when my mom asked her a question. I will definitely not be coming back."

"The jump was good but my kids didn't get to jump as much as they wanted I paid for 2 hours but they only got to jump for about 1 hour do to the staff telling them to get off so the little kids could jump. I also paid for the VR but the staff was not nice when my kids asked to do one of them. My kids was told they was to busy to help them so I lost out on tickets and waisted my money on it. This place needs to get better and more employees"

"The kids like it, and the snacks and drinks are decent. BUT they need to get a more comfortable setup for the parents. Your choices are metal picnic tables or squishy blocks with no back. We deserve back support and comfortable seats while we wait!"

"My grand daughters birthday party was here. They were very busy yet they were quick to ask if we needed anything. The party room was sit up and clean when we arrived. The kids had a great time and there plenty of supervision for the kids to keep them safe. The food was great. I really enjoyed the good time all the kids had playing and us adults had watching their fun."
