"Honestly, came in found furniture I liked. Sat in the furniture for at least 10 minutes. Not a single soul spoke to me. Asked if I could get some help no one came. Literally had staff sitting on the floor playing with fixtures, to say they were recovering would be a bold faced lie as they were literally just chilling on the floor collecting a paycheck and another at the counter with her fidget spinner. I work retail management and manage my own store and would never in a MILLION years let this be the customer service folks received in my store. Needless to say, big lots do better. Customers keep ya lights on and I’ll take money else where from now on and forever."
