"We have since left this as our child became traumatized in this daycare. Ms. Sam told us that our child needed to have an attitude adjustment since she cried. She was an infant and they treated her as a toddler. Ms. Cookie actually was excellent and I hope she still helps out. As she was the only one who cared for our child. We had to miss several days of work for impromptu meetings or because our child was crying. We are now seeing many improvements since moving our child but definitely set her back developmentally."
"We had a very negative experience with this daycare, so much so that we felt traumatized by the experience and it was very emotionally difficult for us. Communication was terrible. I would either get no information or they’d just say “she cried” when we asked how our child’s day went. When I asked for updates, I would receive photos of my baby crying and screaming, with no explanation. This was absolutely heartbreaking and so stressful for a first-time daycare parent. There felt like an unwillingness to listen to us or work in collaboration with us. When we offered solutions or attempted to have discussions about how to help our child succeed, we were typically shut down and told “that won’t work here since it’s not your home.” At pickup we were made to feel like our child ruined the day for the other kids because our child was crying. They frequently expressed frustration that our child wasn’t following their desired nap schedule to line up with the toddlers’ naps, which is ridiculous to expect of a 4 month old baby. I was asked to come pick up my baby because she was crying and was told “I don’t know why she’s crying she just needs her mom I think.” When I asked for a conference, the response was just “No.” The toddler program seemed good and the older kids seemed happy with the toddler teacher, but I cannot recommend this daycare for babies, especially not first-time daycare parents or people who want warmth, collaboration and communication with their daycare provider. Given our experience, we are not surprised they now appear to no longer take Infants as they did not seem qualified to care for babies."
