"This New Horizons is a hidden gem. Great staff, great neighborhood, great app, and we as parents feel cared for as well as knowing our 3 month old son is in the best hands. They have so much experience and Dakota loves being there! Comes home happy, all the other kids come in happy, leave happy. You can just feel it when you’re there that you’re in the right place. Would give 100/5 stars if allowed. This place is worth the money 100%."

"They are so great with my infant daughter, as hard as it was going back to work I always feel like she is being well cared for, simulated, and appreciated! Love the app they use to give updates to that even send photos! Updated So two years later and we are still here and still so happy with the care and education our daughter has received. All the teachers know her, she comes home telling me stories about what she has done all day, and hey vocabulary and curiosity are off the charts. She has lots of friends and claps when we arrive at school because she is excited."

"I have been working for New Horizon Academy since November of 2009. I started out in Bloomington as a preschool teacher and then transferred to Downtown St. Paul as the curriculum coordinator and have now found my 'home' here at Eden Prairie - Shady Oak! This center is filled with women who love what they do! Before I had children I truly appreciated each and every one of these ladies and I never thought I could love them more then I already did but when I had my first son Jakson and he started at only six weeks old my heart grew in size because I knew that he was in the best place possible! Jakson is now in the toddler room and his baby brother Duane is in the infant room! This center has become our second home, the amount of love these teachers have for the children in their care can't be described in words. My family is so lucky to get to come here every week to learn, play, and have fun! I know that working here makes me a little biased but I am a parent and I want the best for my children and the best is NHA!"

"I'm in love with this New Horizon. I wish I could give it 6 stars! The staff is absolutely wonderful from the Director Laurie to the assistant teachers. Most of the staff has been there several years and love their jobs, which is a sign of great management. Sadly, we had to leave because we bought a new house too far away, but we miss them every day. The staff was overly communicative so we always knew what was going on with our newborn son. We received constant updates & photos via their phone app. Daily updates would say things like, "Luke loved trying to stand today! He was also very cuddly this afternoon and we think he might be teething." Most importantly, they cared for our son like we would -- several of his caregivers cried when we left even though he'd only been there for 6 months! We could tell he was happy there by the way he interacted with the staff. From a convenience factor, New Horizon uses their own bottles, which is a huge bonus because you don't have to pre-fill bottles, wash them at home, label them, and bring new ones each day. This saves a bunch of time at home. It also wastes less formula/breastmilk because you don't have to guess how many bottles per day or oz your child will need for each feeding. Their app also makes it incredibly easy to check-in on your child and exchange messages with staff during the day while you're at work. Thank you Laurie and the rest of the New Horizon staff for giving Luke a wonderful first childcare experience!"
