"Brown hair girl in black coat answered us for drive thru at 1:40am. They’re open until 2am, and she asked what she could get us. When we said “just one moment please” she said “okay, never mind we’re closed”. Told her that Google says they’re open til 2am and she said “fine what do you want” but claimed to be out of multiple things and only allowed us to order the basics. Every time we come here late at night this place claims they are “closed” when they’re not. It’s tiring."

"So, when I need to eat and lose weight this is where I go. You don't have to interact with an employee but once when they set your order on the counter. Not a fan of ordering from a kiosk. I digress, aside from the disappointing menu and low service model, it seems the best place for a colon cleanse for the money."

"Worse location for service, yet. When you're done ordering and pull up to the window, they don't even greet you - it's like they don't speak anymore. Also, they only put out their hand for the payment - no total said, no receipt given either (ask for receipt!). I've also asked for sauce packets for this visit (and a few previous visits) during drive thru and they never place them in the bag. After they give you the bag, they slam their window closed right away so they don't talk to you. Disappointing service the past few times so won't return to this location. If corporate saw this location's service, I'm sure they'd have to retrain everyone from team members to district managers."

"Edit: I just wanted to add that Management reached out right away and is being proactive and took care of me. The managers have been very good! I have been craving Taco Bell for a while, and we were in a pinch for time and thought we'd stop for some tacos. It was the worst food and experience I've had in a long time. First, I want to say the manager tried to make things right and did a great job!! The problem was the cook. We ordered 3 Taco Supremes with guacamole and on a bowl. All he put in was the meat. No guacamole, no lettuce, tomato, onion, or sour cream and no cheese. The manager told him what he was missing and still forgot things wrong. Finally, the manager wrote it down for him, and he still got it wrong. By the time we got the order was figured out, the meat was freezing cold. Worst experience we've ever had."
