"This was my third time here. The first two times were awful experiences with the employees. The first time I asked for help, the employee seemed annoyed with my daughter and I. Last year, around this time, we went to go practice swinging with some nice bats. Price range $300-500. I told the guy helping us that we were just looking to see what bat would work best for her. Since we were not buying one that day. He didn't want to be very helpful. I asked several questions. And he just basically said yup to everything. So I didn't end up going back to buy a bat there. She did get a nice prism. I decided to give this place one more shot. I went there Wednesday night. I needed help with fastpitch sliding shorts. I asked a man in a different department, and he walked me to them and called. I want to say her name is Brooklyn? The guy I forgot his name but he was so nice. The lady was so very helpful and sweet. When we went to checkout, the cashier knew his customer service skills. I was impressed because he couldn't have been more than 25 years old. We purchased a new helmet, new batting gloves, sliding shorts, and some clearance Nike shorts for $20. Thank you for your great customer service!"

"Love Scheels! I really like the hodge podge offer everything under the sun mindset they have. I just wish they had a larger camping section. It is a little underwhelming. Other than that it is typically my go to outdoor shop!"

"Wow! I am SO impressed with the Eden Prairie Scheels sporting goods, clothing, toy, pet-supply … store! There are so many brands to select from, prices are competitive, they are well stocked, their sales associates are very helpful and friendly, and they welcome my well behaved mini golden doddle! Also, their cafe is a convenient place to grab a yummy quick bite to eat! We tried their Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and thought it was delicious and a great value too at only $8.99 for a 12-inch pizza! My husband and I shared the pizza and still had leftovers to take home! ❤️"
