"If you have never had a skincare routine or a good professional facial, this place may be for you. Otherwise, I’d not recommend it to anyone. In the beginning, I had the hope of having my acne under control with a minimum of scars and hyperpigmentation. I felt like she didn’t understand my skin, and I told her the treatments and products seemed not a good fit for me. She confidently told me she was an expert, and this was exactly what I needed. After 5 months, none of my expectations were met, and the amount of money I paid to even not having the bare minimum result is not worth it. My acne is not under control, and she put more scars and hyperpigmentation on my face than when I picked the acne myself. I’d rate it 1 star but she did 2 free sessions for me as complimentary (even though if things worked out, I would not need them at all). So if you want to be on the trial and error kind of experience, this is for you. She was sweet and tried but that’s just it."
