"I have been coming here to see Jacklyn for years. Everyone is always very helpful if I happen to need to use someone else. I get so many compliments from my nails. They’re always absolutely perfect!"
"Love this nail salon! They offer you drink: wine, soda, sangria or water. My is a lovely manicurist & she lets me enjoy the quiet to destress as she works. No unnecessary chit chat or small talk. She allows me to enjoy the silence. The first few times I went in, I was in a terrible mood from stress of running my business. I appreciated that she did not take it personally and allowed me the quiet time I needed. I would have posted this sooner but I kept forgetting her name."
"I always leave Oasis feeling satisfied and happy with my nails. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have space and time to see you, but once you make it in you’re sure to like what you get done at a great price. I paid $85 for a pedicure and dip color on my fingertips. Thank you Amy!"
"Came here several times and unfortunately won’t be coming back or recommending them to anyone after my last experience there a few weeks ago. First time there I got a gel pedicure. Pedicure was fine but the color started chipping in huge chunks after 2 weeks (normally gel lasts me at least a month on my toes). Came back again recently for an acrylic set with gel color. They turned out good but unfortunately started chipping and one of my acrylic nails completely broke off in half less than a week later! I called the salon and talked to the owner. He said I can come back to get them redone and they’ll give me 20% off. He also quoted me $45 for dip powder with tips. Came back and saw Van. She wasn’t friendly at all and seemed annoyed the whole time. She drilled off my gel color within just a few minutes (only 5 nails had gel left when I came in, rest all peeled/chipped off). Felt like she was rushing and also made my nails burn pretty bad! I asked her to do them round/oval shape, in a milky white color. After she was done I came up to pay and she said my total is $57 AFTER my 20% off discount. I was confused where the extra charges were coming from. She said she charged me extra for gel removal (that she drilled off and caused damage to my naturals nails) and another $7 for the shape because “my nails were too wide, it was like almond shape” even tho I specially said I didn’t want almond shape. After I questioned this, she threw a fit and walked off to the back. The other girl at the front helped me finish paying. Worst of all, my white nails stained yellow less than a week after and looks so horrible, I painted over them myself to make them look better. Attaching a photo of my nails about 9 days after getting dip powder done. They stained after just several days, I tried removing the stains several different ways with no luck. My nails are so thin and fragile, you can see thru them."
"Nice place right behind the Promenade in Rogers, close to EVERYTHING! We had a great experience, I made an appointment for 3 on a Saturday afternoon after lunch. We got right in and it didn't take more than 45 minutes for all 3 of us to get pedicures! They did a great job and even do a couple complimentary drinks too! We got wine and margaritas, very nice to sit and relax and have a drink. The pedi was great, definitely worth the money I think! I paid the extra $5 for the salt scrub and it was worth it. My legs and feet are so soft! Van (I believe that is her name) was the woman I had - she was great!"
