"I bought a small bong, and I liked how the piece that brings the smoke from the bowl down into the water was extremely close to the bottom. Unfortunately, it's not just close to the bottom, it's on the bottom because even without the bowl in it, the thing hits like an extremely clogged pipe. I paid $60 for a water pipe that DOES NOT WORK. I have never even heard of anyone ever having such a problem. I can't believe I'm stuck with a defective bong. I drove the 23 miles back to the store at noon on Friday to see if they would do something about it and when I told the clerk why I was there, he knew who I was from my review and I was told to come back during the week when his boss would be around. Now I know that returns on items like a bong aren't typically allowed, but this is a defective product. The only way I would have been able to tell that it didn't work properly before I purchased it would have been to take pull on it, but touching a pipe to your mouth b4 you own it is not allowed, or even smart to do considering Covid-19 is still out there. Hopefully, when I drive back out for the second time, the owner will refund my money."
