"Most of these bad reviews are due to operator error. I met with Jenny today for sore throat symptoms and she was fantastic, on time, explained everything in a timely manner. I was in and out of there in 15mins, didn't have a wait time like other clinics and she told me exactly what to purchase at the store to help with my symptoms. Some of y'all need to get a grip and learn some empathy skills before leaving your house."

"My child has extreme vaccine anxiety and Reida (sp?) was genuinely compassionate and kind. She was willing to help do whatever necessary to help him feel safe, including allowing us to come back when he felt ready. I realize this caused a backup in the clinic for other patients, and that likely caused inconveniences for other people, which I do not take lightly. To have someone willing to care for us even though it wasn't easy is A HUGE help in keeping our (immunocompromised) family safe."

"This MinuteClinic should be renamed LoserClinic. They are just not that into it. Stood there at the counter for 15 mins, but nobody bothered to check us in nor provided instructions on what to do. I can see why most of these Minute Clinics have bad ratings. I ended up going to Allina Health Urgent Care nearby, and had a good experience."

"Drove daughter here for a TB test needed for employment in a hospital. The practitioner told her that it was a "bad day for that" because she was so busy. Unfriendly, unwelcome attitude towards patient/client. Appointments were taken on the website. Practitioner not wearing mask despite coming in contact with ill people throughout the day. Daughter wore mask."
