"What started off as a rainbow child care center , is now a great Kindercare ! I have worked here for three years , this company has allowed me to grow as a person and professionally. The staff is loving and supportive . It’s a very positive atmosphere “ a home away from home “ experience . All the families and teachers are close ! Jaime and Sam are probably the best bosses I’ve had in a long time , always following through with tasks , and being involved with teachers kids and parents ! The curriculum is fun and supports development . Nice playground space and also splash pad for warmer months ! Always fun activities to do in the summer - socials , curriculum night , parents night out , holiday parties ect. It has always been our main goal to make the kids feel safe , and loved . This center totally has strong relationships"

"We are new to Rainbow, joined when they first opened and love everyone there! My 3 year old son was at a center prior and while they were great, he is now coming home singing more songs, asking more questions and engaging in many more creative activities that our previous center. He also talks about the teachers on the weekends which is a sign of attentive and caring staff that is connecting with him on a daily basis. - Qualified caring teachers - Love the playground and splash pads - Just across the street from his eventual elementary which is a great plus to build local friends prior to kindergarten."

"What can I say about Rainbow Childcare Center at Lakeville. Nothing good. It's a new building with a staff that will tell you anything you want to hear. -Lisa the director there can't make basic decisions without checking with corporate office. -They say they will do something and do not follow through on it. -Group emailed informational messages about the daycare included all of the parents emails attached. Which I thought was very unprofessional and invasion of my privacy. Our story My son was having behavioral issues at his last daycare which my wife and I thought may have been due to the large class sizes and young inexperienced teacher aides. So we decided to start looking for a new daycare. We checked out three different daycare's and decided to go with Rainbow because we liked what they had to say. Smaller class sizes an experienced staff and helping our son. We were excited to start my son at Rainbow. They wanted to have a meeting after a couple of days observing my son to put together a plan to work together to help correct the issues my son was having. After the first three days they said my son was doing really well and wanted to postpone the meeting for a couple of weeks. We thought this was great news and we were very excited. One week later they are telling us our son is no longer welcome to attend Rainbow. No warning, No time to find a new daycare, and No refund for the remainder of the week that we had paid for. Also they never had that meeting they said they were going to have to help develop a plan for my son. And to top it all off a few hours after telling us my son can't attend they sent us an email reminding us about the family social night they're have the next night. Worst experience I've ever had at any business"
