"Update: I’ve changed my review after our experience in the toddler room. The above review applies to the infant room, and still holds true. However, the toddler room was issue after issue for us. We had numerous, serious health and safety issues related to neglect and we ended up pulling our daughter from the center. Edit: the center replied over a year and an half after my review was left. To clarify, the issues we experienced were not related to licensing concerns. My daughter came home with sunburn that blistered more than once and severe diaper rash from not being changed frequently enough. She was left in soaking wet shoes and socks for an entire day (resulting in a doctor appointment out of concerns for hypothermia, which was confirmed by her pediatrician - her feet were swollen and purple, and she screamed when we applied any pressure and tried to warm them back up). I saw, on camera, the teacher yanking her around by her arms and dragging her outside. My daughter is a mild-mannered, well-behaved child and was not putting up any sort of resistance, not that there’s ANY excuse for that type of aggression from a teacher. My issues and concerns were completely dismissed by the teacher and director. THANK GOD we have found a MUCH better daycare center that has always taken excellent care of our daughter, responds to our concerns quickly, and teaches with love and attention to all children."
"I’ve been with this company for about 6 months and love it. Love my coworkers and the friends I’ve gained along the way. I love being able to work with children and have my own babies attend and know they are well taken care of and are growing up in a Christian based facility."
"Our child was enrolled at new creations for 3+ years. We felt that she was always well cared-for, and that the staff always had the best interests of our child at heart. We would recommend this facility to anyone. The daily connect app is great, and the cameras are wonderful so we can check in during the day. This is a great team of people who work to give your child the best opportunity to grow and learn."
"Not sure what bubble Michael lives in however I have had great experiences with Lil Achievers. We visited multiple locations in looking for a childcare center and I appreciate knowing it is cleaned daily. The food program and activities are great. My child has been on both sides of biting and while this is normal for the children's age and setting the communication has always been clear. When our child has had issues as being the aggressor they worked with us to establish a plan which has been successful. Not many of the other centers we looked at had cameras that can be viewed and although the technology is costly for a small business knowing that it is available in most situations is comforting. The projects the children work on are my favorite and they always have little gifts for holidays and events and are super excited to show us what they made. I would recommend Lil' Achievers to any of my family or friends and I do care about my children. :)"
