"The playground is kid friendly. There are three picnic tables which are located a good distance apart and bolted to the ground, so if you have a larger group you won't be able to sit by each other without additional seating. There is one park bench There is a baseball diamond as well. Four out of five stars due to the lack of shade. The entire park is wide open and the playground itself offers little to no shade unless you're sitting inside the tornado slide."
"Very nice park, beach, swim area, and boat launch. It's kept well trimmed and groomed. No pets are allowed though. The play ground has pretty new equipment, like a wave snake see-saw. It does cost to park but isn't monitored at off-times. Also you can park in the neighborhood near by and walk."
