"Got an oil change five days ago on my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. Immediately when i got home oil was leaking out everywhere. No i have a low engine oil light and engine light. Car never had an issue before and has never leaked. Should’ve taken it back the same day but I got very sick waiting on my vehicle and that evening just too sick to go back. "I hopped in my car to head to school and had a low tire. I went on to school and that afternoon I made a pit stop at Tire Town. The guys in there had me all fixed up in no time. Apparently I had picked up a screw in my tire from somewhere. The man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. They had my tire checked and patched and everything and I was back out the door in under 30 minutes. Coming from a single mom that also goes to school full time and works 2 jobs- my time is VERY valuable and limited. I appreciate their kindness and hard work."

"Today I called, treated well on the phone and decided to stop in for a tire change. I was in my Ram 1500 limited and it has air ride suspension, they overlooked it upon lifting it off the ground and immediately notified me because there was a potential that the suspension could have been ruined. Luckily, God is good and nothing was wrong with my truck. Everything worked out great but what I was most impressed with is that they did not hesitate to admit they had done wrong and started taking responsibility before any damage occurred. The fact that they didn’t try to hide or hurry through and push me out the door was very refreshing. I could tell they were all truly concerned for us and it wasn’t just about saving a dime.
