"I had 4 new tires bought from Walmart and put on at Walmart with the road hazard protection on all 4 tires. Unfortunately if you don't keep up with this record yourself there is no proof that you paid for this service in their system. I was told all I had was tread protection until I went home and found my copy of the purchase from 11 months ago. On the bright side they did refund my money."
