"I've been a faithful customer of PepBoys for the past 15 years. I was always under the impression that I needed new tires every year and that's what I've been doing. I don't even drive that much to need new tires every year. When I went to Firestone to inquire about new tires and an alignment, the employee went to get the size of my tires. He came back and said to me "May I ask why you're wanting new tires"? I was taken aback. I told him the reason and he was very honest in telling me that I didn't need new tires anytime soon. I told them that I was having problems with one of my tires always being low on air and they removed a nail from that tire. I said all of this to say that I appreciate the honesty and integrity that was shown me because they could've easily sold me new tires unnecessarily just to make a sale (like Pepboys), but they didn't. I'll be getting all of my future tire services from Firestone. You guys have won me over. A service!!!"
