"I was in charge of my grandson while parents went on vacation. During that week my grandson complained about ear pain with teacher around lunch time. Teacher never called me so I could pick him up and take him to the doctor. My grandson was in pain for hours until I pick him up. He was struggling. I complained about it and I decided 4 days after to send a summary of the situation describing exactly what happened and request that the child to be with another teacher. Monday morning, I tried to deliver that written summary and talk about it with the owner (Dani), she refused to talk and asked me to leave. She said that I was yelling to people that day which isn't true and the cameras inside should be check to prove that I didn't yell to anyone. Then she called her husband and he started to yell at me asking me to leave. I thought he was going to hurt me physically. He didn't allow me to wait for instructions from my daughter about taking the child back home or leaving him there. He yelled and said that only the parents could pick him up. Keep in mind that I am on the list of people authorized to pick up the child. I read other reviews here, and now I understand that this is not an isolated event. During the time that I was dropping off my grandson and picking him up, I saw many things. All I can say PARENTS listen to your kids. If you see them that they don't want to stay in that place, trust your child. There's a reason. Observation. Look around when dropping off the child. See the interactions, is you pay attention, you will see a lot. Talk to your children. Ask them if they eat well. I saw a child that even though he was hungry and wanted to eat his breakfast, teacher asked him to throw away food because he did stand up to talk to some kids. I saw him sad and frustrated. It broke my heart. I've seen toddlers being ignored when they cry asking for attention from teacher. I've seen many things that are not right. But don't take my word for it, pay attention. Observation is the clue. Communicate with your child, and hope that someday you don't have to deal with these people. Parents BEWARE if this happened to an adult like me, just think what it could happen to children"

"All three of my children have been going to SRSS from the beginning of their daycare experience. We are a vegetarian family so I appreciate the efforts they make to our lifestyle. 2023 update - I have referred all my friends to this center. We are beyond appreciative of this home away from home for our kids. Our kids absolutely love their teachers and we constantly get compliments of how advanced our kids are and we have SRSS to thank for that. I know my kids are loved, taught, and well cared for, that trust is everything for a parent in a daycare! We love the daily updates on what they are doing and all the projects that come home with them every week. They understand working hours for parents and don't charge us any different. I would trust the teachers as babysitters for our children and they have already portrayed excited when we asked their interest. We are extremely grateful we found a place like this for our children from day one!"

"I would give them 10 stars if I could. Both of my girls have gone here (our youngest is currently still attending). Dani and Marshall (owners/directors) are the absolute best. Our kids love them, and you can really tell they care for the kids. The teachers they have for preschool are amazing, and our oldest not only looked forward to preschool every day, but thanks to the work put in by sunrise sunset, she was a step ahead coming into kindergarten. Any day we arrive to daycare and my daughter just isn't having it, Dani personally comes up and holds her hand to take her to breakfast, or if she already ate, to play with the other kids. We are so blessed to have found this daycare and it is head and shoulder above the others we have used in terms of quality of service, connection with our girls, and peace of mind knowing they are safe and enjoying their days. Side note, the apps they have make checkin/checkout and communicating with the center a breeze as well. Would recommend to everyone!"

"This daycare has been an answer to our prayers. Our son now has structure & consistency every day as well as kindness & love in his daycare. He has become so sweet & polite since going here & actually likes his daycare. We know he’s getting the love & support he needs. He loves having preschool every day & all of the art projects he gets to do. He has learned so much & has absolutely blossomed. I can’t say enough good things about the owners & teachers. They have even been consistently working on potty training & he is showing growth in this area as well. We’re so happy we finally found a quality daycare where our son can thrive."
