"Drive through was absolutely a disaster. Charged for wrong order and got attitude when I simply told her so. (My order was more than I was charged for by the way). Took over 15 minutes to get my order and it was wrong but refused to wait any longer. This was all at 8:45 at night. Not your typical rush hour...."

"The staff at this location are so kind and nice. But if you plan on taking your kids because they have a play area , I would skip going here. The player area is constantly closed so that the manager can do training on his computer. I'm not sure why he needs to utilize that entire space. I think he could go elsewhere. Definitely not a kid friendly place to go."

"The worst restaurant in town. I'm going to make a YouTube channel with my experiences at this location. It's so bad. Every time... I will say that there are a could of awesome assistant managers, but otherwise most of the staff is trash."

"I live across the street from this place. They refuse to pick up trash that blows out of their dumpster.The manager told me it's not our dumpster. I had to explain they rent the dumpster making it theirs. She tried blaming the dumpster company. Had to call the police to convince them it is their responsibility. 2 weeks later we still have their trash in our yards. Called again today and was told they need to ask a district manager if they should pick it up after the police told them it was their problem to deal with. They are very difficult to deal with. My advice eat elsewhere. Often times you see employees sneaking out to the dumpster area and meeting people on bikes, looks like drug deals to us."

"So today I went to this horrible restaurant and ordered my family's meal inside. There was a worker at the table by the kiosk and I bothered him cause the printer ran out of paper. He walked back and said what my order was and said it was there. Then left. 20 minutes went by as I listened to the staff groan and complained about work. Then I got up to the counter and asked for my recipt wanting to know my number was. He said he couldn't find it and apologized a lot. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. THEN to apologize he gave a grown man 3 free ice cream cone coupons! That place needs to be shut down soon for goodness sakes. Thanks my hourly rate is 30$ hrs please contact me if you want to pay for my wasted time."
