"I've had 3 appointments at Shear Grace with Courtney, love the way she cuts my hair but she has a problem with scheduling. Twice she had me scheduled at a different time than she wrote down on my appointment card. The first time I waited an hour when it was her mistake, same thing happened today, she wanted me to wait another hour when again it wasn't my fault. My time is valuable too. I wont be going back, I don't feel like she wants me as a client so I won't be bothering her anymore."
