He's straight to the point, loves his job and fantastic with children. He had my teen with an orthodontic plan and in her braces on day one. "I was recommended to Dr Vonderon by my dentist office on Rodney Parham. It was my first time getting braces and 43 years old and I was excited. I never in my life pay attention to color of a person. So I went to him started my braces and out of the three years I had them I can count the number of time I seen the dr and he waited on me. All my work was done by techs different ones but mostly I had a pretty good tech, she was nice and helped me out. When my braces came off the still had spaces I did not receive my retainers on my bottom teeth like he said I would get and my bottom teeth are almost back to how they were when I started. I brought back the take out retainers cause I couldn’t talk with them on. My gaps are completely back in my mouth. I have a retainer at the top but my front teeth are still spreading. I voiced all my concerns plenty of times. They did give me a set of retainers to bring my teeth back together but they were still gaps. I did not want gaps in my mouth that was the reason for my braces and I feel if I’m paying you thousands of dollars on time never had to ask for a payment I could have paid it all at once if I wanted. I should have been more concern when I found out about his daughter doing black face and being on the news, but like I said I try not to see color snd Dr vondran is the one who brought it to my attention and wanted to know if I was still on with staying there, but they way my mouth looks and I have not had my braces off for a year yet and then not only that when I went to dr vondran I have to pay more then I did to get them like I want them then I did to get the braces. He tells me because of my age this was going to happen, but it’s his job to tell me that before I spent all the dam money. I went to a different dr and he told me that that should not have happened so fast and I needed permanent retainers on my bottom teeth. I feel he did not care to fix my issues. Once again I never look at color but dr vondran office has not one African American person working in his office which I have never seen before at a dentist office and I’m not by any means saying Dr vondran is racist but I know I was not treated the way other patients were because he spoke to them and talked to them I only spoke with him when I requested. I really wanted to get my lawyer involved because of this just to show I’m not some broke person with out means to fight to get my mouth done the way it was suppose to be but I’d rather just find another dentist but I would not recommend dr Vondran to and of my Black family, friends or associates. I wish I could post the way my mouth looks and I tried but could not load"

"Dr. Vondran is the best! His care is personalized for each patient down to making sure he gets an update on their activities/sports/school life at each appointment. The day my daughter’s braces were put on, Dr. Vondran called to check on how she was feeling. His staff listens intently to ensure the best experience for the patient. They are genuinely happy every time we are there for an appointment. The atmosphere is calming and cheerful. I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Vondran!"
