"This review is not for the dentist at all! I actually went to school with him and he’s great! However, what’s not so great are the ladies behind the text messaging scheduling appointments. I had an emergency day of my appointment and could not make the time scheduled. I asked to be scheduled another date and time after 1pm. They did not acknowledge me needing to reschedule only the $50.00 cancelation fee and stated more information about their policy, which I fully understand their policy because clearly I’ve had to reschedule in the past. Customer service is key to any business and this lady whoever she is that is communicating with me doesn’t seem to comprehend the basic customer service skills. Appointments are canceled all the time due to all types of emergencies i.e. family, work, health. It’s an awful feeling that if you have to cancel and reschedule at this location you will be treated this way. I choose to come to this location because of the dentist and the dental hygienist. You do not have the right to treat people unkindly because they need to reschedule their appointments. Lord forbid you to ever have an emergency once in your life and be treated like the scum of the earth for rescheduling an appointment."

"I’m not the biggest dentist fan, really it’s the shots and the sounds that get to me lol but I absolutely LOVE this clinic. The lady came to give me my shots, I barely felt them at all, and had to get an extraction, barely noticed anything and it went by so quick. I’ve been there a few times before and NEVER had any bad experience. From check in to nurses to doc everyone was happy and made you feel comfortable. Thanks again Cantrell Dental ❤️"
