"When you first arrive at the building it’s a little off throwing but it gets better. The staff got me right into a chair (which had a back massager) and were welcoming. Dr.Penny did an outstanding job with my two root canals . I felt nearly no pain and he kept me entertained the entire time by talking to me to keep my mind off of it. I am one day out from the procedure and I am feeling very little discomfort. I highly recommend his service!"

"Today was the second time I had to see Dr. Penny for surgery. Walking in the office his staff wastes no time giving a nice verbal greeting. With smiling faces. (Getting rare today) Both times I never waited in the lobby more than 5 minutes to be seen. Even when I show up 15 minutes early. They value your time. You can tell they have worked together for a number of years. They know what the next step is without being told. A well oiled machine. Without hesitation I give this office 5 stars. From the administrative clerk’s to the hygienist, to the Dr. I have no problem using this office in the future. Great people and work. Highly recommended"

"I've had dental work several times in my life, but this was the first time I've had a root canal. After all the bad experiences I've heard throughout my life about root canals I was pretty nervous on how this would go. Let me tell you, this was the best dental experience I have ever had! No pain, no discomfort. This wasn't any harder than getting your haircut. Just an absolutely unbelievable job by Dr. Penney and his staff. If you are needing to get one done and are nervous about, first of all call this guy, and second of all stop being nervous!"
