"Took off for my son's appointment and they canceled at the last minute. They didn't have enough works. We were a little late to the rescheduled appointment and they told me I would have to come back a second time after taking off the first time they canceled! Always an issue with something but they can do what they want. Charge for a missed appointment and again they do what they want after yearssssss of going here with my sons."

"Was taken as a walk in over wisdom tooth pain, initial tooth inspection went without a hitch. I made an appointment for 2 days later to have the main culprit extracted. The day of the appointment comes and I realize I'm going to be late, I call and am placed on hold for long enough that I am late by the time I speak to a human being, I get there and the receptionist tells me about their 15 minute grace period and how well have to cancel today's appointment which is frustrating but I understand, but then I'm sat down in the lobby for another 20 minutes and told that my treatment plan is changing and I'm being sent to an oral surgeon and not doing anything today. So even if I had been on time, it would have been useless because they changed my treatment plan without my knowledge and let me take off work and drive to little rock for no reason. I made an appointment. I took off work. Y'all had my phone number and email, y'all know I'm in pain and nobody cares enough to even do their jobs right. Unacceptable"

"Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service!!! Around may 2021, they called me to confirm an appointment, (which I canceled during the call) and they called me two months ago telling me I have to pay for that missed appointment. I’ve been calling for weeks trying to fix the problem, all of the receptionists have told me that a supervisor will call me back after reviewing the issue. I’m still waiting for that call. Don’t waste your time and money. Go someplace else."
