"Went here a while back for a root canal, I found them on Google, the doctor was fast and seemed competent but his chair side manner was just ok, tolerable enough to get the job done, Also, his other employees were not tolerable or even ok, his chair side assistant was garbage. She was rough, harsh, and unkind rude and uncaring. She was really hurting my mouth and I moved the thing she was jamming into my mouth and she got mad and was like “WHAT” , it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional: they were very cruel, cold, rude, inhumane and made it a very uncomfortable experience. I’m a medical professional, if I hurt someone while doing something I would apologize upon recognition of the harm, however some people have no conscience. I’ll never be back and I can only forgive people who are sorry."

"I needed a root canal that was suppose to be done in Fayetteville, NC but had been canceled. I was referred to Dr. Mehrabi by Dr. Sheppard’s office. They were very accommodating for it to be a last minute thing. They even received a cancellation and called and got me in a day early which gave him time to do my root canal and consultation. I felt no pain throughout my whole procedure. He made sure I understood what he was doing. He also made sure to ask me throughout if I was still okay and didn’t feel any pain. I never did. His assistant was very accommodating and nice. Definitely recommend his practice!!!"
