"I began the process of getting a crown, today. Dr. Shepard did her thing and "Z" crafted a temporary crown, which I left with. I have had a few crowns during my life and this was my best experience so far. Both Dr. Shepard and Z were so courteous. Every couple of minutes during the procedure they would ask how I was doing and did I need a break. I felt like they were truly concerned with me being as comfortable as possible. Z's temporary crown fit well. Once Dr. Shepard got it installed step one was complete. I felt fine and am looking forward to getting the permanent crown. This was a pleasant experience.
