"My experience here is always wonderful. Dr. Brogan is always amazing and gentle as is his assistant. He constantly checks to make sure I am comfortable and in no pain. He has a bedside manner second to none. He was my dentist at another practice and I searched until I found him again because he is my dentist for as long as I am alive and he is in practice Now the reason for only 4 stars. I was given a statement showing what I would owe with insurance and my balance would be zero because my insurance would pay for my services up to x$. I understand a little bit of difference here and there like the $25 I had to pay but I was surprised with $300. I asked how that happened and come to find out my night guard that I absolutely have to have is not covered. This is something I should not have been surprised with. I am disabled and live in a very limited income. I told them I could not pay that day but I could pay some on my next visit. They want half. To see that may not be a lot but to me it is huge. If I had known about this in advance maybe I could have done something to help with the cost. I mean even savingonth to month as this has been part of the plan for several months. We will get through this. I just hope there are noore huge $ surprises. I love all the employees there. They are all super friendly."
