My Dentist

"The numbing sticks did not have a effect until a hour after and it only numbed the right side of my tongue, the doctor clearly did not examine my prior records from the dental surgeon, he did not give any warning of placing a needle in my mouth for shots and was very rude. The gas was turned off not even 1 minute after the mask being placed on therefore waiting my 50$ and it having no effect at all. I was in screaming crying pain and I'm a 23 yr old adult, this doctor did not care of have any sympathy to stop and consider his patient at all and only cared about time, he was impatient and did not care about me as a patient at all. The numbing shots had no effect despite hurting like hell, so I refused extractions because of the shear amount of pain he placed me in, leading to a panic attack nearly sparking a ambulance response, once again the doctor not even caring and moving to the next patient without even asking if Im ok or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FROM A PRIOR DENTAL SURGEON. this place has officially gave me mental damage to ever step into a dentist office again. Y'all will be lucky if I don't sue that doctor for messing me up, I'm still hurting a hour later and all he did was 4 shots without stopping despite I was in almost pass out pain clearly. A bystander comforted me after he got up and walked off because I was having a panic attack, where were you doctor, you moved right on without consideration the damage you did to your patient."

"My Dentist provided a very efficient and quick experience. I had two cavities filled and was pretty much a painless experience. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful. Very reasonable price. What I did not enjoy was Fox News in my cubicle. I see enough politics without having to watch it at my dentist but otherwise a great experience."

"Dr Flinchum and her staff (especially Esme) are simply the best. Kind, gentle and thorough, the staff from the front office to the back, are hard to beat! They accommodate chickens like me for more invasive procedures and their charges are reasonably priced and it’s a nice, bright office & they are thoughtful of my time (& send plenty of reminders, which I do appreciate!) I would recommend all ages to their office for dental care."

"Very professional and friendly staff. Thorough job cleaning my teeth. I feel so much better after going in to see them. Very affordable pricing. I am choosing to come here and pay out of pocket rather than use the dentist my insurance covers because I believe their level of care is worth the cost (and it’s not much) to keep my teeth healthy. I came here because the dentist I have been seeing was “cleaning” my teeth in about 5 minutes and my visit here was at least 30 of careful and effective cleaning. My teeth physically feel clean now. I am so happy I decided to come here and will absolutely be encouraging friends and family to come here. I have Medicaid so my insurance doesn’t cover the good places unfortunately, but call and ask and they will give you a full break down on what they accept and costs of everything. So glad this place exists."
