"Recently had an amalgam silver filling replaced with Dr. Knight and the process was outstanding! Experienced the best service you could hope for. Very attentive to comfort and listening to the problem. Can not say enough! Definitely recommend."
"I went there for an injured back, I asked for Flexeril (and only flexeril) which is a non-narcotic common muscle relaxer, the nurse/doctor? said she would do that. But because my blood pressure was high she wanted me to do a bunch of blood test which I couldn't afford so told her maybe later on because I was there for my back problem..so she gave me a prescription for a high BP med. I went to the pharmacy but they only called in the blood pressure medicine and no Flexeril?..the Flexeril was why I went there in the first place! how could she have forgotten? is common sense a thing of the past? so I talked to the office and they said the nurse/doctor was too busy and I should go home and they would call it in later. So I had to go home still in pain with no Flexeril... finally they called it in later that day 4 hrs later). The medication was only 10 pills, it said to take one a day, but you have to take more then one a day to work on a strained injured back because I've had this problem before going back to the mid 90s and I know. If this doesn't help I'll have to go to another clinic and spend more money. So I won't go back a Walmart clinic again. It's just what I expected from a Walmart clinic... I go in for help and they take an alarmest position because I ask for Flexeril??...lol.. There's too many walk-in clinics now to deal with this. Terrible, they play games, ... Avoid!!"
"This clinic has been wonderful! After having tooth problems for months, I came to Dr. Collin Hunt and he was able to schedule me in a root canal within a week. In fact, they were able to get me a root canal the same day as my cleaning. They also have same day crowns, which really saves time and is very convenient! Dr. Hunt is a very personable dentist and really cares about his patients. He also has wonderful support staff! Mary is the best dental hygienist I've ever interacted with. She is great at all she does! She really takes an interest in her patients and advocates for their health and wellbeing. Ann, the treatment coordinator, is wonderful, as well. She really breaks everything down when it comes to the treatment plan and payment options! She explains very complex treatments in a way that is clear and far from intimidating. I've never been to a better dentist/clinic! I will definitely be coming back in the future!"
"I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone. The receptionists are very off putting, they blatantly gossip in front of patients and just come off as rude when you walk in for your appointment. The nurse was fine, she was nice, but the physician Tamra Wright was terrible. I came in with pain when I was breathing and a fever, she was very rude and dismissive when I explained my symptoms to her and would often cut me off or talk over me. All she did was ask for a covid and flu swab and when it came back negative she didn't attempt any other tests and asked me to come back if it gets worse, despite me clearly being sick with something. Overall it was a complete waste of money and I ended up going to a different doctor who found the issue out in one visit."
"I recently went here to get a second opinion , because my regular dentist had retired and the new office personnel were not concerned with the problems I was having. At Walmart Dental, the receptionist was very nice, and got me signed in quickly. I didn't wait long, and Dr Allison Neumeier saw me, and determined that I needed some things done right away. I needed to be put on some antibiotics before she could treat, which she prescribed and I started that day. She scheduled for my return visit and treatment plan was put into action. She did a great job, which was very difficult, but made sure I was comfortable and asked several times throughout the procedure if I was ok. She was very thorough, and explained everything that was being done in great detail. The office was very clean, and all of the assistants were very nice. After my visit I spoke to a lady who explained to me what my insurance would pay for my treatments and scheduled my next appointments. I had to be referred to an oral surgeon which was done and Dr. Neumeier even checked on me afterwards. Despite the procedures I had, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I didn't know you could go to Walmart for dental work , but I would recommend it, and this dentist especially, to anyone needing dental work."
