"DO NOT FINANCE YOUR BRACES HERE! Was told total treatment plan was $3500. Turns out the cost is $5200. Dr. Duff and back staff are great and I hate having to write this review but the office staff is not transparent with contracts. This of course was all discovered after they have received all the payments from my insurance and now those benefits are maxed out. I am stuck with having to pay based on a lie or have them remove braces with no coverage to fall back on. I have paid 2,000 out of my own pocket on top of the 2,000 they got from my insurance. So these $3500.00 braces will actually cost $6,000 when it is all said and done. My daughter does not even have bottom braces, just the top. BEWARE before you finance In response to comment below: There is nothing left to email about. I have asked for paperwork where I signed and agreed to amount of $5200. That has not been provided. I was told that “maybe it was sent with my daughter” my daughter is 12 and has never been to an appointment by herself, and why would anyone give a child paperwork with financials on it?! It’s all very shady and just glad we found another place that will help make it right going forward."

"Monarch Dental has a very professional and caring staff. Everybody is very experienced and will answer your questions or get someone who can help. My dentist, Dr. Brown, I can't say anything bad because he is so GREAT and patient with me. I have been called a white knuckle patient by several previous dentist, with Dr. Brown I will fall asleep. He doesn't seem to mind at least he doesn't complaint. I have been going to Monarch Dental for almost three years and have no complaints. Check them out you won't regret it."

"My husband was supposed to get full dentures last month, dentist canceled hours before. The office staff is RUDE. After we paid over a $1,000 & signed a contract, everything changed. Now they are condescending and rude. We get no answers. They say "tentatively Dec 16" how are people supposed to schedule their life on tentative appointments.? Especially after forking out a grand right before the holidays. My husband loves his actual dentist and his assistant if only the office staff was kind."

"Doctor Duff and his entire staff was amazing. They were kind, patient and very understanding. Where it took my regular dentist 2 months to get me in for a broken tooth with an assessment, Dr. Duffs staff was able to take care of me in just a couple days. I now have a new dentist!!"
