"Lori was super helpful. As a 1st time caller, Lori treated me like a long time customer. She found exactly what parts I was looking for to convert my stihl chain adjuster to a manual adjuster. Lori spent the time to make sure I was going to receive the correct parts. Lori was very knowledgeable and helpful offering advice for installing the parts over the phone. Hat's off to Lori Thank you for your kindness, support as a first time customer. I will return if I need anything in the future. I highly recommend Twin City SAW and Service."
"Staff was friendly and service was great. I came in to get a 22 year old stihl 400 blower repaired. The turn around time was 2 weeks which they told me before hand. The blower needed a new coil and I didn’t think it was worth the cost so I went in and talked with them about the new products. They gave me the run down, answered all my questions and showed me how to start/use the newer blowers. I ended up buying the 350 and have no regrets. I never felt pressured and overall had a great experience. I will be going back to buy more stihl products."
"They did a great job repairing my saws. I trust them to give a fair evaluation whether the equipment is worth repairing or not. I also had some questions about purchasing a new string trimmer, and their recommendation was spot on."
"I bought a new backpack blower (BR 700) and they refused to put more than two ounces of gas into the tank. I figured for a $600 sale they could have given me at least a quarter tank. When I asked about it the saleswoman told me that they will only put in enough gas to start the unit. I would not recommend this still dealer to anyone. Parking was convenient and free but the neighborhood is sketchy."
"I really want to patronize this company (great location for me) and I have recently bought a $500 piece of equipment from them. However the sales experience is a little unsettling. The main issue I have is everybody there, especially the woman working there, seems way too busy to effectively help you. She seems like she has 10 things on her mind every time you talk to her. Frequently she has no idea what you are talking about and needs to ask other people for answers. Many of these answers can be found online but sometimes I need more detail and she doesn't seem to know many of the basics. The last time I bought something she literally put her coat on in the middle of the transaction and left! Some other guy finished it. There was no "thank you for your business" or "you bought a real nice machine" or anything. The guy who finished the transaction gave me the briefest of explanations on how to run the machine and pretty much shoved me out the door. I wanted to buy another major piece of equipment there at the same time but nobody seemed to give a damn, so I left. They weren't snotty or angry, they just handled me way too fast. It was annoying."
