"I was a victim of racism here. I’m a Hispanic woman who was shopping when at least 5 security guards came to me. They said I stole the products I had with me (I was on the second floor still shopping I don’t know how is that consider “stealing”) they took me to a security room. Didn’t let me use my phone to call my family. They made me sign a form or I wouldn’t leave. All was against the law. Menards is racist I just think they saw me and thought that I couldn’t pay for three products that in total weren’t more than $15. We have spent over 20 thousand dollars here during the last 3 years. You lost a family who really supported this company. Don’t go here or any other of their stores.I’m considering taking legal action taking in count all the other experiences I have read about this place being racist."

"Don't waste your time, they treat even paying customers like criminals here. My gf and I were simply shopping when we were basically mugged at our car, even after we offered to let them search and check our receipt they still insisted that they had caught someone doing something unsavory. I will not be returning to this location, get the fraud department some training or your going to continue to lose legitimate customers."

"Great store. Very clean. They often have someone playing the piano at the top of the escalators. And staff are friendly and helpful. What else could you want??!!!"

"Nice parking lot but a little hard to get in or out of depending on traffic. They have several security people on site all the time (unfortunately) so I feel reasonably safe. They are usually good on stock so I don't have to go to another store to get what I need. Friendly staff. Clean store. One detraction is in the bathroom - they pipe in the music from the piano and it is way too loud, if I need to go in I bring my hearing protection with me."
