"It always seems like I'm putting them out to help me there. Like today, one of the reps was talking to a fellow about fishing. I asked him to help me, and he turned to the guy he was talking about fishing too and said sorry I got sidetracked here. I thought that helping customers was his duty and talking fishing was actually being sidetracked I found their prices are about 20% more than big box, but If I receive good service it's worth it. I just don't feel like I receive good service."
