"All-in-all, the staff are verbally helpful and go the distance by being alongside to guide. December last year, a manager of the store, found a mirror in layaway after being opened. She listened to my problem with the universal mirror previously bought prior to searching for a solution. It wasn't until this weekend I returned to the store and bought a number of battery accessories only to return some of them. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cell phone to validate the receipt. Luckily, Sabrina was there and validated via time and register. I was disappointed by my battery's j-hooks and she cordially remarked about them while providing instruction on how to resolve the issue. During the times I visit the store (about once a quarter), I witness the staff listening multiple use-cases and sometimes reviewing the physical situation; you'll sometimes find them wiping their hands before assisting."
