"We did not even get a chance to stay here. Online rooms were available, but due to our family size, I wanted to check in in person. We arrived very late and were told through the door they had no rooms available. That was only after we had called the desk 2x with no answer. They were very rude about it."

"The breakfast selection was really good and the front desk personnel did a great job. However the room was really lacking unfortunately. Cobwebs in the corner, dog slobber on the sitting chair and on the floor and to boot blood stain on the mattress cover. Yuk."

"Overall, my room was clean, but furnishings were worn and need updating. The big surprise came in the morning when I stepped in the shower and found there was no showerhead---just the water pipe! I've never seen this before during many stays at many hotels! I left housekeeping a note asking about the missing shower head since staff was not present at the front desk when I dropped off my room key with the rest of the group I was traveling with."

"One of the most uncomfortable sleeping experiences of my life. Terrible bed, one of my key cards did not work, the staff were unfriendly and quite slow, the ac in the room was finicky, easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had."

"Pretty standard cheap hotel. Stayed there four nights for work. My room was not very clean when I arrived (I found bottle caps and trash around, like between the night stand and bed and a few other location) the shower had some mold and mildew, too. The bathroom and room in general were not well cleaned. The fridge was loud when the condenser kicked on. I have stayed at better and stayed at worse."
