"I ordered loaded tots a 14" thin crust with extra pepperoni, extra sausage, extra onion, extra green pepper, extra mushroom. It had very little pepperoni, onion and green peppers absolutely no sausage or mushrooms. Took an hour to get it and it was cold. They did give me a coupon for a free pizza for that but I've worked all day and just wanted a hot meal while I'm stuck in the hotel. I called them and long story short I had to pay another 3 dollars on top of the $43 i already paid the first time to get a new pizza delivered because I couldn't drive to pick up a new pizza. It showed my pizza in the inspection area for like 30 minutes! What a joke! I understand under employed and delivery may take longer but for them to completely disregard my order when making it them make me pay more to get my right order!"

"20 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered I called and they said that Agustos couldn’t get in the building so he went back. They said they called but I had no missed call. They were not going to bring the pizza back, probably because they ate it. But not sure since he didn’t say why they wouldn’t come back. I could literally hang up, order another, and have it delivered but I wouldn’t risk them spitting in my food or something. Emilio said they don’t refund unless you call back instead of refunding right away since they didn’t deliver. They canceled the order so I hope to get my refund. Disappointing, garbage service from teenagers. Too bad. Then they wonder why people don’t want to tip them. Believe the reviews about the poor service and then not caring."

"I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this location. Perhaps it has recently changed hands as far as management or ownership. I ordered a pizza, a sandwich, and lava cakes online for delivery. The food was great and delivered on time, still hot. Pizza was not burnt, sandwich was not dry. I would order from here again."
