Burger King

"Burger King has been my go-to place for breakfast ever since 2014 when they instituted "Burgers for Breakfast." When traveling, as I am today, I deliberately seek out BK locations so I may enjoy a Whopper for breakfast. Today, I was surprised to learn that the BK in Worthington, Minnesota apparently has never heard of it. While my wife was in the restroom, I asked if their grill was fired up yet. When they answered in the negative, I told them I intended to order a Double Whopper, to give them a heads up. One of the staff looked at me and just said "No." I asked why not, and she replied "10:30". "Have you not heard of 'Burgers for Breakfast'? I get one every time I go to a Burger King. I've been doing it for 10 years. It's even featured in the app." The response I received was rude. The team member started going off about how other BK locations in other towns don't do it. I clarified that this was the first location I've encountered that doesn't offer "Burgers for Breakfast," and repeated that it's all I've gotten for breakfast at BK for 10 years. [Admittedly, it's slightly less than 10 years because I think they announced the change in May 2014.] The team member then called their manager and relayed how "this customer claims" that BK offers "Burgers for Breakfast, even claims it's in the app." As my wife and I turned to go, the team member asked, "Do you want to talk to my manager?" I replied that I didn't need to do so, and that they simply lost a customer. I know it takes time to get the grill running. I'm accustomed to waiting 10-15 minutes to get my breakfast burger, and would gladly have waited this morning. The incredulous and combative response to my pre-order heads-up was unnecessary. Even a simple reply like, "as an independent franchise, we've opted to not participate in that program" would have been preferable to arguing that it doesn't exist and that it wouldn't be possible to get a breakfast burger at any other BK."

"The old lady at the drive through on 12/5/23 was terrible. She completely messed up my order and was mad when I complained about it. She proceeded to take the bag of food from me and said she opened the sandwiches up and confirmed they were correct. She kept telling me that I was wrong and that the order was right. I decided not to argue anymore and left. My order was still wrong and im upset because I’ve worked fast food before and this could’ve been fixed if she would’ve just remade the sandwich."

"I rolled in half hour to close. The guys working were very nice. They gave me chicken nuggets for my dog which was a godsend because we had been on the road all day and not by choice. My chicken sandwich was fresh and hot.... but docked two stars on food because the fries were cold. I was starving so i choked down 90% and the doggo got the rest"

"Ordered burger with no onions no mustard no lettuce or mayo and extra cheese. Received burger with onions,mustard and a barley there single piece of cheese. The burger was stone cold and the fries were also stone cold! Will never ever go back to this store ! Having to listening to the music with foul language did not make it any better. They got my money once but never again."

"Lots of smiles & very friendly crew. Very clean. Fries were a little salty, but I like salt, so no complaints there. Burgers were awesome as always. I wasn't impressed with the mozzarella sticks, the breading was dull... No fault of the crew. The jalapeno poppers were AMAZING!!!"
