"Couldn't find where to go on receipt, so I'm Googling this store. THX Daisy... I fully expect the DISTRICT MANAGER" to let you know how valuable "Team Player" (the customer + yourself) you are to this store. Between stocking, helping me not have to circle the inside of the store for merchandise you were able to readily find, checking me out... heck you do everything... not like the STORE MANAGER... She was too busy 9/1/2023 @3:51:36 PM bringing more and more products out... for you to stop helping the customer and stock... This is for the GENERAL MANAGER - I had my concerns addressed a while back, by a very customer oriented manager level young lady, I believe believe her name was Kaitlyn... "No I don't believe the customer survey at the check out can be seen by an employee!" Then why weeks earlier did the STORE MANAGER checking me out, ask "Why did you give me a one?" I didn't I have several items I just bought. "No, on the survey." Most uncomfortable confrontation I have had since boot camp... I didn't it was a 7. "Why?" I had asked if you could just exchange my non-usable $5 item I had bought weeks ago for just one of the $5 items I was purchasing, considering I'm buying a lot of items, since I didn't have a receipt and thought the person I bought it for could use it. "I can't you didn't have a receipt!" Hmm... I believe I said this twice. Also, I asked, since you were not able to make an exchange, perhaps you could store it behind the counter, if another customer is buying one, give them mine... kinda like Pay it Forward. "I can't that is considering stealing." I paid for it, I'm on camera walking in with it. "It doesn't matter." Last, I explained I don't throw away anything I believe someone else may be able to use and you refused to just throw it in the garbage behind you. "I told you to use the trash can outside the store, it's part of the theft/loss policy, I can't throw it away for you." Basically the Store Manger lacks the ability to listen to the customer, have a two-way conducive conversation. I don't understand why the two young ladies who I spoke with had the ability to effectively have a positive exchange of information... customer to employee! I'll still use this store... If the Store Manager is at the register... I'll give the highest just to avoid another confrontation on my "Anonymous" customer feedback!"

"The earbuds go dead fast, but I'm not surprised. I know there's a good brand, but I'm not sure which one. They used to have good headphones, but I can't remember the brand of those. Starting to be overpriced for things of low quality."

"PAIGE was amazing. She helped a little girl in front of mom and I. She really was patient and helpful. My mom and I were next and she was super respectful and sweet to my mom as well! Kudos to a great employee!!"

"This is an amazing place to go! They have an expanded artist area with different sized canvases and sketchbooks. Many different types of paint and paint brushes. It had been a while since I had been there so it was amazing to see the variety of artists supplies. How many fabulous finds so many great gifts and gift ideas it was staggering!! The staff was amazingly friendly and kind and sweet."
