"This review is dedicated to the lovely employee, Joe. My car was looking hideous and I needed to get a touchless car wash. After many failed attempts in finding a car wash that offered this service nearby, I pulled up to this location. This is where I encountered Joe. In the car wash line. I quickly identified that he worked there so I poked my head out my car and kindly asked him if he knew a nearby car wash that would be faster considering I waited 30+ min. He honestly replied, with a flat “no”. He assured me that it would go by fast and I reluctantly thought in my head “yeah yeah”. We had a nice little chat then we went our separate ways. As I was pumping gas, I saw the line move quite fast. We reconnected once again while I was still in line and both laughed at the fact that I stayed. It was because of his cheerful banter and conversation that I stayed. Such a delightful man. Thanks to Joe, I’ll be coming to this gas station from now on. Oh, and on behalf of the rude customer before me— I apologize. You are awesome… thank you for making my Saturday!"

"Complaint I was at a Holiday Store on Saturday April 22 . The store is located near Mats Bar on Cedar St in Minneapolis. I am on vacation and spent about 9.00. I presented a 50.00 bill for payment. Being on vacation I did not have a smaller bill. The cashier proceeded to complain to the second cashier about people paying with 100.00 or 50.00 bills and they were not going to accept either for the rest of the day as they are not a bank and there is a bank just down the street. She gave me my change. There was no hello, good afternoon or did you find what you need no thank you or have good day or no eye contact at all. I have worked at convenience stores for several years I understand the frustration. But at noon on Saturday in Minneapolis? You can’t take a 50.00 bill?? The customer service was horrible. There is NO excuse for her behavior, rude and unprofessional."
